Tim Burton's Sweeney Todd

This article will tell you how to create a realistic costume and make up look just like Tim Burton's Sweeney Todd.

Steps

Makeup
  1. Use a white face powder.
  2. Use a red and brown eye shadow to create dark circles. For a more dramatic look, apply a lot more eye shadow on the top and bottom lids.
  3. Use a black eye shadow to go along your cheekbones this will give you a more chiseled look.
  4. For you hair, either dye it black and bleach a section of hair at the front which is about a inch wide or for a easier alternative just use dry shampoo and spray the front section of hair.
  5. To style your hair: wash your hair and then blow dry your hair upside down. After you have finished drying your hair, use some curling tongs or heated rollers to create a messy hair style don't forget to use a hairspray or styling wax to finish of the hairstyle.
  6. Your clothes should look dirty and unwashed, you will need a plain white shirt and a brown waistcoat which are easy to find - try looking in H&M or Primark. For your trousers plain blue or black ones will do, but it would look better if you have pinstripe ones. For your shoes just wear some old dirty boots.
  7. Accessorize your costume with an authentic looking scarf like Sweeney's and fingerless gloves will look good. if you want to you can get a vintage razor
  8. Good luck!
